South of the Border - February 5, 2005 Influenced by Western Europe and Spain, Mexican and Latin American composers blended the exotic folk music of their countries into very expressive and rhythmic masterpieces. Jackson Proms - April 23. 2005 A new tradition – (good oxymoron) If you’ve ever seen the Proms at Royal Albert Hall you know what is in store. An eclectic mix of classic and contemporary music featuring a variety of surprises as well as audience favorites. In November the audience will be solicited for repertoire suggestions.
