| Margaret Prechtl is presently Principal Viola with the Fort Wayne Philharmonic and a member of the Freimann String Quartet. She has held principal positions with both the Toledo and the Flint Symphony Orchestras and has toured Europe with the Renaissance City Chamber Players and the Detroit Symphony Orchestra. Margaret is a well known teacher in the Fort Wayne area and is the founder and Music Director of the Sunrise Community School of the Arts. She spends her summers in Jackson Hole, Wyoming performing with the Grand Teton Music Festival. She is married to percussionist/composer Brian Prechtl and has three children, Jason 8, Naomi 6, and Adam 3 months. | |
