Experience the Magic of Broadway at Concert Aglow

The Jackson Symphony Orchestra’s Concert Aglow series returns with a night inspired by the unforgettable music of Broadway. Known for its warm candlelit ambiance and intimate atmosphere, this edition invites audiences to experience beloved show tunes performed by a harp, flute, and bass trio, bringing the magic of musical theater to life in a serene and elegant setting.
Hosted at the stunning Jackson County Tower Ballroom (120 W Michigan Ave), this event is presented in partnership with the Jackson County Fair. The program features beloved songs from Broadway classics such as The Wizard of Oz, Les Misérables, and West Side Story, along with other memorable favorites, all reimagined in the cozy glow of candlelight.
We’re thrilled to share that this performance will feature two of our own JSO staff members – Belle Coty, Director of Fund and Audience Development and Jed Fritzemeier, Director of Music Education. Join us as they step into the spotlight, showcasing their artistry and connecting with our audience in a whole new way.
Performances take place Friday, January 23 and Saturday, January 24. Doors open at 6pm and music starts at 7pm. Last season’s Aglow performances sold out quickly, be sure to secure your tickets before they’re gone!
